The Ghirardelli classic recipe, perfected over 100 years ago, provides a unique experience for every chocolate lover. The combination of fine sugar, vanilla, and real chocolate delivers a rich, intense, and balanced chocolate flavor. Versatile in use: perfect for hot chocolate drinks or baking to make every dessert special.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa powder (processed with alkali), Cocoa mass, Emulsifier: Soy lecithin, Vanilla. Minimum 20% cocoa content.

Allergen Information: Contains soy. May contain traces of tree nuts, wheat, milk, and eggs.

Preparation: Mix a small amount of the powder with hot water and stir well. Then add 250 ml of warm milk, or if preferred, soy milk, rice milk, or lactose-free milk. You can also froth the milk before adding it, creating a creamy and delicious hot chocolate. We recommend using milk with 3.5% fat content.
