Packeta Terms and Conditions Update and Storage Time Reduction
As the holiday season approaches, more and more people start shopping for gifts to surprise their loved ones for the festivities. In line with this, we would like to share important information regarding changes to the storage time for packages.
Starting from November 22, our courier partner's General Terms and Conditions will be updated, particularly regarding the seasonal storage period. A részleteket itt érhetik el.
Changes to Storage Time:
Z-BOX Parcel Lockers: The storage time will be reduced to 2 calendar days, which can be extended by 1 additional day by our customers.
Packeta Pickup Points: The storage time will be adjusted to 5 days, with an option to extend it by 2 additional days.
Please take note of the new storage times to ensure your packages are picked up on time!
